I am especially passionate about supporting people of color, first-generation and third-culture individuals, and women, offering culturally responsive, affirming care that honors your lived experience and builds on your strengths.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation to connect, discuss your goals and ask questions. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule virtual 60-minute sessions through a secure portal, meeting weekly, biweekly, or at a pace tailored to your needs.

I blend CBT, and mindfullness within a humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive framework. I consider the full context of your life-including gender, relationships, and sociocultural influences- to provide thoughtful, personalizied care that supports your whole self.

You need a digital device (phone, tablet, or computer) with audio and video capabilities and a reliable internet connection. I recommend taking the appointment in a private, comfortable space, that is free of distractions.

I work with both insurance and self-pay clients. If you choose self pay, I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
